AGENDA ITEM 61 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: David Ahrens, Public Works Director <br />DATE: 12/15/95 <br />TOPIC: Declare Adequacy of Petition and Order Preparation of Report - <br />Pheasant Hills 7th Addition <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The owners of property (Ed & Dori Vaughan) shown on the attached map have <br />petitioned the City to construct street, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and <br />watermain for the Pheasant Hills 7th Addition. This parcel received Council <br />preliminary plat approval in 1991. Council action is required to declare the <br />petition adequate and order preparation of a report. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution No. 95-196 Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Order <br />Preparation of Report <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council adopt option number 2. <br />
