AGENDA ITEM NO. 7c <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Randy Schumacher <br />DATE: December 12, 1995 <br />TOPIC: Authorization for transfer of funds from Tax Increment 1-1 <br />and Tax Increment 1-2 to the Area and Unit Fund. <br />The West Central Trunk sewer project was completed in the late 1980s serving the <br />areas of Rice Lake Estates and Sunrise Meadows. Because of charter restrictions, a <br />bulk of the project was financed with area and unit charges. <br />As this is a qualifying expense under State Statute T.I.F. laws, the City is requesting <br />authorization to pay back the Area and Unit Fund. <br />1 Adopt Resolution 95-185. <br />2.
