AGENDA ITEM 8 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Brian Wessel <br />DATE May 8, 1995 <br />TOPIC Resolution recommending the city council hold a public <br />hearing and adopt the modification of the Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan for TIF District No. 1-4, Apollo Business Park <br />OL <br />The Economic Development Authority has authorized preparation of a modification of <br />Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-4 in the Apollo Business Center (See attached <br />map). This modification will provide public assistance for Blue Heron Ltd., a 20,196 <br />square foot facility for leasable manufacturing and warehouse space in t G. M. <br />Development portion of the business park. Once the city council sets the public <br />hearing, Anoka County and Centennial School District will receive copies of the <br />proposed modification for review. The public hearing is scheduled for June 12, 1995. <br />'TIONS: <br />1. Adopt the resolution recommending the city council hold a public hearing on the <br />modification of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-4 <br />2.
