This <br />is the only gambling occasion that they conduct. <br />State Law allows non-profit organizations to apply for an exemption <br />from obtaining a gambling license if they hold fewer than five (5) <br />gambling occasions per year. The attached application is a formal <br />application for exemption from obtaining a gambling license for <br />this non-profit group. <br />1. Adopt a motion approving the Application for Authorization for <br />Exemption from Lawful Gambling License. <br />2. Return to staff for further information. <br />Option No. 1 <br />
