AGENDA ITEM NO 11B <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Marilyn Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />DATE May 5, 1995 <br />TOPIC Consideration of an Application for a Block <br />Party for Birch Wood Acres Subdivision <br />Attached you will find an application for a block party for the <br />Birch Wood Subdivision and a map showing the location of th party <br />in the River Birch Place cul-de-sac east of West Shadow Lake�Drive. <br />Attached to the application is a petition signed by all of the <br />homeowners on the east portion of River Birch Place. <br />This application has been reviewed by the PublicWorks <br />Superintendent and he has found no problems with the party.; Police <br />Chief Pecchia will provide his comments regarding this request at <br />the Council meeting Monday evening. <br />Providing that a positive response will be provided by Police Chief <br />Pecchia, I would recommend approval of the block party as <br />requested. <br />1. Adopt a motion approving the block party provided that Police <br />Chief Pecchia recommends approval. <br />2. Return the matter to staff for further information. <br />Option ,No. 1 <br />
