Councilmember Kuether introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06 - 95 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />OF LOT 2 AND A PORTION OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, APOLLO BUSINESS PARK <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />The real property legally described as Lot 2 and a portion of Lot 3, Block 1, <br />measuring 401 feet (+ or -) along Apollo Drive and 337 feet (+ or -) along 4th <br />Avenue and 419 feet (+ or -) along the north property line and 295 feet (+ or -) <br />along the east property line, Apollo Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota (the <br />"Property") is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). The city council of the <br />City has determined that the Property is no longer needed by the City for any public <br />purpose. <br />The city council of the City authorizes sale of the Property to NoI-Tec Systems, <br />Inc., for $117,000. The mayor and city clerk -treasurer are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute such deed and other documents as may be necessary in order to <br />sell the Property. Proceeds from the sale of the Property shall be used in accordance <br />with the requirements of the city charter. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following <br />its passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br />Vernon F.
