According to Chapter XII, Section 12.05 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Charter, an ordinance is required to authorize the sale of real <br />property owned by the city. <br />1. Adopt the First Reading of Ordinance #1O- 5 <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration <br />
