PLANNING & ZONING BOARD
May 10, 1995
that any bylaws would be subservient to the City's
approval.
Mr. Brixius indicated additions could be made to
condition number 15 to reflect this.
Mr. Bill Johnson indicated he would be concerned with
approving of a long range plan that the Board does not
have details to.
Continued discussion was held regarding concerns for
unanswered questions regarding the open space to the
south.
Bill Johnson made a MOTION to deny application 95-16-S,
and was supported by Ed Schones.
Mr. Brixius indicated rather than denial of the
application, perhaps the item could be tabled. The
denial would need reasons and the applicant has complied
with the requirements.
Mr. Bill Johnson removed his motion.
Rick Gelbmann made a MOTION to table application 95-16-S,
Marshan Condominiums, Lake Drive/Aqua Lane, Site Plan
Review until the June meeting when additional information
can be provided regarding the open space to the south and
was supported by Ed Schones. All voted aye. Motion
carried.
Chair Schaps directed the applicant to provide answers
for the question posed at the meeting and give specific
plans for the unidentified area.
G. PUBLIC HEARING, Flood Plain Management Ordinance
Chair Schaps OPENED the Public Hearing at 10:47 p.m.
Al Robinson made a MOTION to continue the Public Hearing,
Flood Plain Management Ordinance until June 14, 1995, and
was supported by Ed Schones.
