Aria104 <br />//8 <br />PROCLAMATION <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PROCLAMATION RECOGNIZING THE NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />President Bill Clinton has recognized and proclaimed, <br />Thursday, May 4, 1995, as our nations 44th consecutive <br />observance of the National Day of Prayer; and <br />Governor Arne Carlson has recognized and proclaimed, <br />Thursday, May 4, 1995, as "Minnesota Day of Prayer"; and <br />the Centennial Citizens for PraYtr Task Force has <br />designated the Lexington City Hall as this years <br />gathering of celebration for the National Day of Prayer <br />from noon to 1:00 P.M.; and <br />WHEREAS, individuals and groups at the local, state, and national <br />level are gathering together Thursday, May 4, 1995, to <br />present in prayer to God our Thanksgiving and concerns. <br />NOW, TEEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. That the citizens of Lino Lakes are encouraged to join in <br />neighboring communities in prayer on Thursday, May 4, <br />1995. <br />2. That Thursday, May 4, 1995, be recognized as "Lino Lakes <br />Day of Prayer" <br />Adopted this 24th day of April, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />
