By agreeing to the terms of this lease, it is mutually agreed that: <br />*When leasing from a licensed bingo hall, the lessor must be legal owner of the property. <br />'The owner of the property or the lessor may not manage gambling at the premises. <br />The lessor of the premises, his or her immediate family, and any agents or employees of the lessee may not participate <br />as players in the conduct of lawful gambling on the leased premises. <br />'The lessor and the lessee do not have a direct or indirect financial interest in the distribution or manufacture of gambling <br />LG202 <br />(08/26/94) <br />equipment. <br />'The lessor of the premises will allow the Board or agents of thc Board'Ohc Commissioner of Public Safety or agents of <br />the commissioner, or the Commissioner of Revenue or agents of the comrttissioner, and law enforcement personnel to <br />inspect the premises at any reasonable time, and permit the organization'to_cdnduct lawful gambling at the premises <br />according to the terms of this 'case. The lessor may not impose any conditions on the organization regarding distributors <br />of gambling equipment, services, or the use of profits. <br />The organization must obtain an organization license, gambling manager license and a premises permit from the <br />Gambling Control Board. The organization will be responsible for complying with the laws and rules of lawful gambling. <br />'The term of the lease shall be concurrent with the pr:.mises permit. <br />'The organization must have, at the gambling premises, a current inventory of gambling equipment, a sketch with <br />dimensions of the premises available for review, and a clear physical separation or divider between the lessees gambling <br />equipment and the lessor's business equipment. <br />•The organization will be responsible for ensuring that the lessor's business activities are not conducted on thc leased <br />premises. <br />•The lease shall be terminated immediately for any illegal gambling violations occurring on the premises. <br />*The lessor of the premises shall provide the lessee access to the licensed premises during any time reasonable and <br />necessary to conduct lawful gambling on the premises and as agreed upon in this lease. <br />*The lessor shall not modify, terminate or refuse to renew this lease in whole or in part because the organization reported <br />to a state or local law enforcement authority or the Board the occurrence at the site of illegal gambling activity in which <br />the organization did not participate. <br />•(Write in any other conditions or restrictions that will be included as part of the lease. Stat 13.04, Subd. 2 you are hereby-iiifom,ed that the information requested on this fore will be used by the Gambling Control Board to detecmme your qualifications to be involved in kwful gambling <br />activities in Minnesota, and to assist the Gambling Control Board in conducting a background investigation arm_ You have the right to refuse to supply the information requested. However. if you refuse to supply this <br />information, the Gambling Control Board may not be able to determine your qualifications and, as a consequence, may refuse to issue you a license. if you apply the information requested, the Gambling Control Board will <br />be able to process your application. <br />Upon receiving a lawful gambling hcnse, as application data presided by you will become public data.
