Establishment of Official Zoning Map. The Official Zoning Map, together with <br />all materials attached thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this <br />ordinance. The attached material shall include the Protected Waters Inventory Map for Anoka <br />County. The Official Zoning Map shall be on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator. <br />Subd. 3. Land Use District Descriptions. <br />A. Criteria for Designation. The land use districts in B below and the delineation of <br />a land use district's boundaries on the Official Zoning Map, must be consistent with the <br />goals, policies, and objectives of the comprehensive land use plan. <br />B. Land Use District Descriptions. The land use districts and the allowable land uses <br />therein for the given classifications of waterbodies, shall be properly delineated on the <br />Official Zoning Map for the shorelands of the City of Lino Lakes. The designated land use <br />districts shall be in conformance with the criteria specified in Minnesota Regulation, Part <br />6120.3200, Subp. 3. <br />1102.06 Shoreland Overlay District Uses <br />Subdivision 1. Permitted Uses. The permitted uses in the Shoreland Overlay District are <br />those uses allowed and regulated by the applicable underlying zoning district as indicated on the <br />Page 9 <br />
