The Feasibility Report for this project was prepared and a Public Hearirjg <br />was held at the City Council on Monday night, August 14, 1995. The proposed sched4le for <br />the project calls for construction to start this Fall with completion in the Spring of 19961 <br />OPTIONS: <br />Approve Resolution No95-103 <br />2. Return the matter to staff for further consideration. <br />RECOMMENDgTIQN: <br />Option No. 1. <br />
