It consists of 28 lots. Plans and Specifications have been completed which call <br />for the installation of all public improvements including sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, <br />and streets. <br />A copy of the advertisement for bids has been delivered to the legal newspapers contingent <br />upon City Council's approval of this resolution. <br />2. <br />Approve Resolution No95-105 <br />Return the matter to staff for further consideration. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1. <br />
