STAFF ORIGINATOR: <br />DATE: <br />TOPIC: <br />Agenda Item No. 9 <br />Dan Tesch <br />August 23, 1995 <br />Resolution 95-106 amending the 1995 Budget <br />The City entered into an agreement with White Bear Township for winter patrol of Bald <br />Eagle Lake. The original estimate of cost was $1,000.00. The actual cost is $889.70. <br />The Council recommended that a budget adjustment would be made to the 1995 <br />budget to pay for this expenditure. <br />The blade for the grader needed extensive repair which ended up costing the City <br />$11,586.00. This repair was not budgeted as it was not foreseen as an emergency. <br />The City Council amended the 1995 budget on August 14, 1995 for salary adjustments. <br />There remains an amount of $12,149.00 in this contingency to cover the above two <br />adjustments. <br />Approve the budget amendment as presented. <br />Retum to staff for further explanation. <br />Option 1. <br />
