AGENDA NO. 12A <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR •Marilyn Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />DATE August 25, 1995 <br />TOPIC Consideration of Accepting Trail Easement <br />for Lot 2, Block 1, Park Grove <br />BACKGROUND: <br />MacMay Homes, Inc. purchased Lot 2, Block 1, Park Grove. Prior to construction of a <br />new home, the lot was surveyed so that the house could be located properly on the lot. <br />The survey indicated that the trail had meandered onto the lot. This created a; problem for <br />the lot owner and for the City. To correct the problem, a quit claim deed has been <br />prepared giving the City an easement over the north two (2) feet of the lot. <br />OPTIONS: <br />Adopt a motion approving the quit claim deed. <br />Return to staff for further information. <br />RECOMMEENDATION: <br />Option No. I <br />
