Frank noted the following items: <br />1) All silt fence was inplace and functional. <br />2) The seeding for erosion control has begun to grow. <br />3) The silt that washed onto the LaMotte's property still needs to be cleaned up. <br />4) Slopes still need to be corrected to 3:1 or flatter. <br />We will again contact the developer concerning items 3 and 4. <br />We will continue to monitor this situation on a weekly basis.
