Ordinance No. 15 - 95 <br />Page -2- <br />Section 5, Subdivision 3 (10): Property owners or occupants within 600 <br />feet of any proposed changes to the Metropolitan Urban Service Area <br />(hereinafter MUSA) boundaries shall be notified in writing, although failure <br />by any property owner to receive such notification shall not invalidate the <br />proceedings, provided that proof of an attempt at notification has been <br />made. Notification shall be by first-class mail. Such notification shall <br />include the Affidavit of Mailing completed by the City and a list of all <br />persons who have been notified pursuant to this section. <br />Notice for the purpose, time and place of the action to change a MUSA <br />boundary shall be published twice in the official newspaper of the City and <br />mailed to the appropriate property owners at least ten (910) days prior to <br />the public hearing. A clear and concise map of the proposed changes shall <br />be included in the mailing. <br />Section 4: Effective Date. <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and publication by the <br />Lino Lakes City Council. <br />Passed this 11th day of September, 1995 by the Lino Lakes City Council. <br />Vernon F.
