The Little Canada city attorney prepared a "hold harmless" agreement for <br />them and they shared it with us. I modified their agreement to specify the particular <br />items we wish to transfer to the city. <br />Please review these documents (they are identical except for the items being donated). <br />Upon your approval, I would like to get on the worksession and city council agendas to <br />execute the transfer. <br />Please call me with any proposed changes or questions.
