AGENDA ITEM NO. 11 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Marilyn Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />DATE September 22, 1995 <br />TOPIC Consideration of Resolutions Declaring Costs to <br />be Assessed and Preparation of Proposed <br />Assessments <br />ABACKGROUND* <br />Six (6) improvement projects have progressed to the point where <br />assessment rolls can be prepared. Costs for each improvement have <br />been calculated by the consulting engineers and resolutions have <br />been prepared ordering the preparation of the assessment rolls. <br />State Statutes and the Lino Lakes City Charter require a formal <br />resolution ordering preparation of an assessment roll for each <br />improvement project. <br />Each resolution will require a separate vote of the City Council. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Adopt separate motions approving each resolution. <br />2. Return matter to staff for further consideration <br />'RECOMMENDATION <br />Option No. 1 <br />
