The unpaid bills <br />left behind when a homeowner moves from the residence are turned <br />over to a collection agency. This procedure has been successful in <br />collecting most outstanding bills. <br />Resolution No. 95 - 124 will establish the public hearing on the <br />matter. <br />OPTION <br />.........................:. <br />1.
