TKDA <br />DATE November 22. 1995 <br />TOPIC <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Resolution No. 95-158 <br />Approving the Final Payments for <br />Apollo Drive Phase I and Phase It Improvements <br />The construction activity on these projects has now been completed. The final payment <br />by the City will initiate the contractors one-year warranty period. Although these <br />projects were completed by separate contractors, Arcon Construction Company for <br />Phase 1 and C. W. Houle, Inc. for Phase II, the final payments are being processed at <br />the same time for administrative ease. <br />The Final Payments will not be released to the contractors until they have completed <br />their final submittals as per contract requirements. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 95-158. <br />. Return the matter to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 1 - Approve Resolution No. 95-158 Approving Final Payments for Apollo <br />Drive Phase I and Phase 11 Improvements. <br />
