AGENDA ITEM 9C <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: David Ahrens, Public Works Director <br />DATE: 11 /22195 <br />TOPIC: Receive Feasibility Report - 12th Avenue and Holly Drive Improvements <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Lino Lakes City Council ordered the preparation of a feasibility report for <br />12th Avenue and Holly Drive improvements on April 24, 1995. The report has <br />been completed by the City's engineering consultant. In accordance with <br />Minnesota State Statutes 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter, the feasibility <br />report is to be received by council and a public hearing scheduled. The public <br />hearing is scheduled for the January 22, 1996, council meeting. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution Number 95-159 receiving the feasibility report and calling a <br />public hearing for 12th Avenue and Holly Drive Improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to Council to adopt Resolution Number 95-159. <br />
