3 <br />DELLWOOD LLC <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein said they had extended the option with Dellwood LLC until the end of the <br />year for purchase of the shopping center site. Mr. Wessel said staff was meeting with the <br />end user, the Dellwood Group and Ryan Construction to discuss road access to the site. <br />The JADT issue regarding Apollo Drive is in litigation. Dellwood is concerned about <br />direct access into the site and they are exploring rearranging 77th Street to meet <br />neighborhood concern and provide access to the site. <br /> <br />OTHER ISSUES <br /> <br />Mr. Juni asked about movement of dirt on Birch/Centerville Road. Mr. Rehbein said the <br />owner was clearing trees but has nothing specific in mind for development. Ms. Carlson <br />said what they were doing is legal. Mr. Juni asked about development of the athletic <br />complex. Ms. Carlson stated that will require a referendum and the council didn’t want to <br />put it on the ballot the same year as a school district referendum. <br /> <br />Mr. Chase said he would represent EDAC at the council meeting to present the EDAC <br />plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein moved to adjourn. Mr. Vacha seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />
