The Agreement allows the City to participate in the Urban Anoka <br />County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. <br />The Addendum to the Agreement is necessary to: <br />1) allow cities to participate in the HOME Program in addition to the CDBG Program. <br />2) change the term to cover the 1996 - 1998 programs. <br />3) add some definitions required by the change. <br />Please have the documents signed and return all three copies to me with Council/Board action <br />authorizing participation in the Anoka County CDBG and HOME programs. <br />HUD has a strict timetable so I must receive these from you no later than June 30, 1995. <br />Sincerely, <br />AAO:sw <br />Enclosures (3) <br />cc: Jay McLinden <br />Tom Durand <br />Alyce A.
