allocation, the participating Municipality cannot form a home consortium <br />with other local governments. <br />The County and Municipality shall comply with Section 104(b) of Title 1 of the <br />Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, including Title <br />VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Housing Act, Section 109 of Title <br />I of the Community Development Act of 1974, and other applicable laws. It is <br />specifically understood and agreed that the County shall not provide funding for <br />activities in or in support of any Municipality that does not affirmatively further <br />fair housing within its own jurisdiction or that impedes the County's actions to <br />comply with its fair housing certification. <br />6. This Addendum is hereby nrrdc a part of and shall he amended to the Agreement <br />of the parties. <br />7. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />3 <br />
