STAFFORIOI* TOR Mary Kay Wyland <br />DATE June 22, 1995 <br />TOPIC 95-20 P, City of Lino Lakes, <br />for Apollo Business Park <br />Apollo Drive <br />Rai <br />The property in question is located within the Apollo Business Park. <br />and Zoned General Industrial. The City's Comprehensive Plan <br />indicates the area as Industrial. As the P & Z is aware, a portion <br />of the Lino Industrial Park was replatted into the'Apollo Business <br />Park by the City Council in August of 1994. The City has been <br />platting the property in the Business Park as parcels are sold. <br />This latest request is for a site that is 2.3 acres in size. <br />A site plan review for Mag -Con Inc will follow this minor <br />subdivision request. Staff would recommend approval of the minor <br />subdivision to facilitate the development of Mag -Con Inc. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval o <br />Subdivision at their June 14, 1995 meeting. <br />1. Approve minor subdivision as proposed. No park dedication will <br />be required as it was collected when the Lino Industrial Park was <br />platted. <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration <br />
