EASEMENT GRANT <br />THIS EASEMENT, made this day of December, 1994, by Raymond J. <br />Miller and Harlan LaValle as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated November 7, 1983, <br />by and between Raymond J. Miller as Trustor and Raymond J. Miller and Harlan <br />LaVaile as Trustees, Grantors, to the City of Lino Lakes, a municipal corporation, <br />Grantees, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. <br />WITNESSETH, that Raymond J. Miller and Harlan LaVaile for value received do <br />hereby dedicate to the City of Lino Lakes a permanent and temporary easement over <br />the land located within the City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, <br />described as follows: <br />A permanent easement for drainage and utility purposes over the West twenty (20) <br />feet of the following described property: <br />All that part of Government Lot numbered 6 in Section numbered 30, Township <br />numbered 31, Range numbered 22 which lies East of the road now constructed in a <br />Northerly and Southerly direction through said property, and containing about 34 acres <br />of land, EXCEPT therefrom the following described property: Commencing at a point <br />on the North line of said Government Lot 6 which is 198 feet West of the Northeast <br />corner of said lot; thence South parallel to the East line of said lot, 660 feet; thence <br />West and parallel to the North line of said lot, 198 feet; thence North and parallel to <br />the East line of said lot, 660 feet; thence East along the North line of said Lot 6, 198 <br />feet to the point of beginning, said exception containing 3 acres more or Tess, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />Together with a temporary easement for construction purposes to terminate on <br />October 1, 1995, over the West 70 feet of the following described property: <br />All that part of Government Lot numbered 6 in Section numbered 30, Township <br />numbered 31, Range numbered 22 which lies East of the road now constructed in a <br />Northerly and Southerly direction through said property, and containing about 34 acres <br />of land, EXCEPT therefrom the following described property: Commencing at a point <br />on the North line of said Government Lot 6 which is 198 feet West of the Northeast <br />corner of said lot; thence South parallel to the East line of said lot, 660 feet; thence <br />West and parallel to the North line of said lot, 198 feet; thence North and parallel to <br />the East line of said lot, 660 feet; thence East along the North line of said Lot 6, 198 <br />feet to the point of beginning, said exception containing 3 acres more or less, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />Said temporary easement to terminate on October 1, 1995. <br />The City of Lino Lakes further makes the following covenants to Grantor(s): <br />
