EASEMENT GRANT THIS EASEMENT, made this day of December, 1994, by Raymond J. Miller and Harlan LaValle as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated November 7, 1983, by and between Raymond J. Miller as Trustor and Raymond J. Miller and Harlan LaVaile as Trustees, Grantors, to the City of Lino Lakes, a municipal corporation, Grantees, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. WITNESSETH, that Raymond J. Miller and Harlan LaVaile for value received do hereby dedicate to the City of Lino Lakes a permanent and temporary easement over the land located within the City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, described as follows: A permanent easement for drainage and utility purposes over the West twenty (20) feet of the following described property: All that part of Government Lot numbered 6 in Section numbered 30, Township numbered 31, Range numbered 22 which lies East of the road now constructed in a Northerly and Southerly direction through said property, and containing about 34 acres of land, EXCEPT therefrom the following described property: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Government Lot 6 which is 198 feet West of the Northeast corner of said lot; thence South parallel to the East line of said lot, 660 feet; thence West and parallel to the North line of said lot, 198 feet; thence North and parallel to the East line of said lot, 660 feet; thence East along the North line of said Lot 6, 198 feet to the point of beginning, said exception containing 3 acres more or Tess, Anoka County, Minnesota. Together with a temporary easement for construction purposes to terminate on October 1, 1995, over the West 70 feet of the following described property: All that part of Government Lot numbered 6 in Section numbered 30, Township numbered 31, Range numbered 22 which lies East of the road now constructed in a Northerly and Southerly direction through said property, and containing about 34 acres of land, EXCEPT therefrom the following described property: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Government Lot 6 which is 198 feet West of the Northeast corner of said lot; thence South parallel to the East line of said lot, 660 feet; thence West and parallel to the North line of said lot, 198 feet; thence North and parallel to the East line of said lot, 660 feet; thence East along the North line of said Lot 6, 198 feet to the point of beginning, said exception containing 3 acres more or less, Anoka County, Minnesota. Said temporary easement to terminate on October 1, 1995. The City of Lino Lakes further makes the following covenants to Grantor(s):
