Council Member introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 18 - 94 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 206.01 OF THE CITY CODE, OFFICER AND <br />EMPLOYEE BOND AMOUNTS <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />SECTION I. <br />Chapter 206, Section 206.01 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />206.01 All City employees will be covered by a blanket <br />Public Employee Dishonesty Bond with coverage determined by the <br />City Council. <br />SECTION II. <br />Save as above amended, said City Code shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />SECTION III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of January, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
