Specifically, such lots are Intended to be provided accessto: <br />adjacent Surfside Seaplane Base via a taxiway easement. The subject P roPee <br />rty is <br />currently zoned GB, General Business. <br />To accommodate the proposed development, the following approvals are necessary: <br />1. Comprehensive Plan Amendment (Land Use Plan). <br />2. Rezoning of the eastem portion of the site (alr strip accessible Tots) from GB, <br />General Business to R -1X, Single Family Executive. <br />3. PDO overlay of air strip accessible lots to accommodate oversized accessory <br />buildings. <br />4.
