City of Lino Lakes <br />Harassment Policy <br />Page -2- <br />(9) The display of pictures, posters, calendars, graffiti or similar materials which are <br />sexually suggestive, sexually demeaning or pornographic. <br />REPORTING WORKPLACE HARASSMENT: If an employee believes he or she has been the <br />victim of harassment or has witnessed an act of harassment they are urged to bring it to the <br />immediate attention of the City. Employees may do so by filling out the required forms and <br />meeting with City officials designated to receive this form and trained in dealing with such <br />reports. <br />The City's designated officials are the City Administrator and Assistant City Administrator at <br />Lino Lakes City Hall, 1189 Main Street, Lino Lakes MN 55014, telephone 464-5562. Reports <br />can be made either verbally or in writing to the designated official at any time during work or off <br />hours subject to availability. Although investigations cannot be confidential, they will be <br />handled with as much discretion as is reasonably possible taking into account the need for a <br />thorough investigation process. <br />
