The lici <br />approved by the City Council on April 8, 1996. At that time Mr. Arhip was unsure of the <br />ate his liquor business would actually be opened to the public. Since that time, the <br />license period for the off -sale liquor license expired. (June 1996) <br />G. Mr. Asleson <br />has review this concern and has indicated that there is a City easent east oz ate <br />Simonson Garage that could be used for a walking trail between Loin Lane and Lino <br />Patin- At the City Council meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 1996, Mr. Asleson explained <br />how this walking trail could be constructed and estimated the costs involved.
