AGENDA ITEM 6D <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Brian' <br />DATE: 8/26/96 <br />TOPIC: Consideration of Interim MUSA Reserve Criteria Policy <br />The Metropolitan Council recently approved the allocation of 15 <br />MUSA Reserve to the City of Lino Lakes to be allocated to prope <br />east of the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve. These 150 <br />intended to be allocated on an interim basis through 1997-98. The MUSA reserve should <br />be equitably distributed over a two year period (mid-1996 through mid-1998) or prior to <br />the Comprehensive Plan revision being completed. The MUSA re <br />only to properties located within Sewer Districts 1, 4, and 6. The in <br />criteria will provide a guideline for MUSA request consideration and <br />as appropriate for each individual development project. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
