• <br />I MINNESOTA Department of Revenue SD -966 <br />Conveyance of Forfeited Lands <br />#966 <br />1230781 <br />Under Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subdivision 1. <br />36- 31- 2 - 14-0oo,41t- <br />THIS DEED, made this 5th day of July, 1996, between the State of Minnesota, as party of the first <br />part, and City of Lino Lakes, a Governmental Subdivision, as party of the second part, WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS. the land hereinafter described was duly forfeited to the State of Minnesota to be held <br />in trust in favor of the taxing districts for the nonpayment of taxes, and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 282.01, Subdivision la, the party of the <br />second part has ap • lied to the Commissioner of R venue for the conveyance of lands hereinafter <br />described a use • • exc us ve y or open spaces )under Laws 1996, Chapter 319, Section 2. <br />Subdivision ause , an. <br />WHEREAS, unless not required under Minnesota Statutes Section 282.01, Subdivision lb(b), the <br />Board of County Commissioners of the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, has recommended to the <br />Commissioner of Revenue by resolution adopted on the 14th day of May, 1996. that such conveyance be <br />made, <br />NOW. THEREFORE, the State of Minnesota, pursuant to said laws and in consideration of the <br />premises, does hereby grant or convey without warranty unto the party of the second part, all the tracts or <br />parcels of land lying and being in the County of Anoka. State of Minnesota, described as follows. to -wit: <br />PIN No. 36-31-22-14-0004, all that part of Government Lot 2. Section 36. Township 31. Range 22. which <br />lies northerly of the centerline of a cartway easement two rods wide, the centerline of said cartway <br />easement is described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Otter Lake Hills, thence North <br />89 degrees 08 minutes East along the north line of said Otter Lake Hills extended easterly, 1083.60 feet to <br />the centerline of Bald Eagle Boulevard as traveled; thence South 24 degrees 28 minutes West, 418.80 feet; <br />thence South 05 degrees 22 minutes East, 395.65 feet on said centerline for point of beginning of said <br />caraway; thence South 84 degrees 38 minutes West, 63.00 feet: thence South 35 degrees 38 minutes West, <br />181.94 feet; thence South 60 degrees 38 minutes West. 280.00 feet: thence North 59 degrees 22 minutes <br />West, 350.00 feet; thence North 41 degrees 07 minutes West. 354.52 feet to the east line of said Otter Lake <br />Hills and there terminating. <br />And all that part of said Government Lot 2 which Iles northerly of a line described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of said Otter Lake Hills, thence North 89 degrees 08 minutes East <br />along the north line of said Otter Lake Hills extended easterly, 1083.60 feet to the centerline of Bald Eagle <br />Boulevard as traveled: thence South 24 degrees 28 minutes West, 418.80 feet; thence South 05 degrees 22 <br />minutes East, 395.65 feet on said centerline for point of beginning of line to be described; thence East and <br />parallel with the north line of Government Lot 2 to the east section line of Section 3G, Township 31, Range <br />22, and there terminaling. <br />Excepting therefrom that part of the south 325.00 feet of the north 534.00 feet of said Government Lot 2 <br />lying easterly of the westerly 675.00 feet thereof; subject to and together with that cartway easement <br />hereinbefore described and to Bald Eagle Boulevard, and other easements and reservations of record, if <br />any. <br />Further, the lands conveyed by this deed are not eligible for enrollment in a State of Minnesota <br />funded program providing compensation for conservation of marginal land or wetlands. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. to the said party of the second part so long as it shall <br />continue to use said land for the purpose aforesaid. and upon condition that if such use shall cease said <br />land shall revert to the party of the first part as provided by law. <br />THE GRANTOR CERTIFIES that the Grantor does not know of any wells on the described real <br />property. The State of Minnesota is issuing this deed for the county and other taxing jurisdictions and In <br />reliance on the Auditor's certification stating no wells are located on the above described property. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the State of Minnesota, party of the first part, has caused this deed <br />to be executed in its name in the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County.
