Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-116 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE ST. PAUL WATER <br />UTILITY BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has approved construction plans for the <br />Birch Street trunk Watermain Project, and <br />WHEREAS, the project crossess St. Paul Water utility right-of-way. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council hereby approves and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to <br />sign the Sixth Rider to the 1966 Agreement between the Board of Water <br />Commissioners and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of September, 1996. <br />John L. Anderson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
