SIXTH RIDER TO AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, Made this day of , 1996, by and between the BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS, CITY OF SAINT PAUL, hereinafter called the "Board", and the CITY OF LINO LAKES, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereinafter called the "City", being a Sixth Rider to that certain Agreement made by and between said Board and said City the llth day of April 1966, and by this reference incorporated herein and made part and parcel hereof with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said Agreement were set forth herein, verbatim. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul in the name of the Board now possesses title to a fifty (50) foot wide strip of land lying in the Westerly one-half of Section 26 and the Easterly one-half of Section 27, Township 31N, Range 22 West, in Anoka County, said real estate being hereinafter called "Premises"; and, WHEREAS, The City desires permission to enter upon certain portions of said Premises for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public water main; and WHEREAS, The Board is willing to grant said permission to the City consistent with the requirements and safety of the works of the Board, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED, In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements of the parties hereto, that: Said Board hereby grants to the City the permission to install and maintain a sixteen (16) inch public water main upon and across the Board's Premises located and marked in red on the attached Exhibit "A".
