D. TRANSPORTATION FEE: $25.00 per pick up. <br />E. VETERINARY SERVICES: $40.00 per hour, per <br />animal (maximum of $200.00 on any injury <br />charged to the Municipality). <br />F. FLEA DIP: $15.00 per animal. <br />G. EUTHANASIA AND DISPOSAL FEE: <br />0 - 30 lbs. small $ 9.00 <br />31 - 60 lbs. medium $13.00 <br />61 lbs. and over large $17.00 <br />H. VACCINATION FEE: None (no vaccinations are to <br />be given and charged to the Municipality). <br />2. The Municipality will not be charged those costs <br />recovered from pet owners. <br />3. Charges for services shall be paid monthly or within thirty <br />(30) days after submission of the monthly claims by the <br />Otter Lake to the Municipality. A copy of the impound <br />sheet(s) shall accompany the monthly claims. <br />IV. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br />In providing all services pursuant to this contract, Otter Lake <br />shall abide by all statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations <br />pertaining to or regulating the provision of such services, <br />including those now and in effect and hereinafter adopted. <br />Otter Lake shall comply with all requirements of Minn. Stat. <br />346.37 and shall indemnify and defendant the Municipality <br />against any claimed violation of that statute, or any other <br />statute, ordinance, rule or regulation pertaining to the services <br />provided by Otter Lake. <br />V. AUDIT DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF RECORDS <br />Otter Lake agrees to make available to duly authorized <br />representatives of the Municipality and either the legislative <br />auditor or the state auditor for the purpose to audit examination <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. 16B.06, any books, documents, papers <br />and records of Otter Lake that are pertinent to Otter Lake's <br />provision of services hereunder. Otter Lake further agrees to <br />maintain all such required records for three (3) years after <br />receipt of final payment and the closing of all other related <br />
