* Otter Lake now contracts animal control services with Circle Pines, <br />Lexington and Centerville. <br />* A company by the name of Total Recall which does dog training is <br />planning on building on their property just south of the Otter Lake <br />Animal Care Center building after the new Otter Lake Road re- <br />alignment has been completed. <br />* Otter Lake Animal Care Center plans on expanding their facility once <br />Total Recall starts their building process. Dr. Scanlon plans on having <br />a new separate building for the veterinary services provided for a more <br />professional appearance (boarding kennels will stay in the current <br />building). <br />Our department has not experienced any difficulty in dealing with Otter Lake <br />Animal Care Center to my knowledge. In addition, I believe this facility provides <br />sufficient services to the citizens of Lino Lakes and therefore, recommend renewal <br />of the contract for animal control services. <br />Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to see me. <br />
