The diagram above represents the <br />approximate corrected floodplain zone. It is our <br />understanding that the floodplain update is in <br />process. <br />Floodplain <br />This city owned property is served by all <br />public utilities including electrical, natural <br />gas, municipal water, and municipal sanitary <br />services. The water and sanitary pipes were <br />stubbed into the site as part of the recent Fire <br />Station #2 project. The site is also served by <br />the new city street with completed connections <br />to both Centerville Road (County 21) and Birch <br />Street (County 34). <br />Infrastructure
