ARCHI <br />T <br />E <br />C <br />T <br />S <br />PROJECTS <br />EAGAN CITY HALL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT ADDITION AND REMODEL <br />EAGAN, MN <br />After over 25 years of use without significant remodeling, the City of Eagan found that the <br />growth of the staff both in administration and the police department was stretching their facility <br />past its ability to meet the current needs. CNH Architects did a comprehensive review of all <br />staffing departments and operations and, along with city staff, developed a space needs <br />analysis identifying both under-utilized space as well as significant shortfalls in operational space <br />standards. In addition, the building condition was reviewed to determine elements that were <br />either failing or reaching their expected usable life. <br />From this space needs study, CNH developed multiple options for addressing the needs <br />identified in both City Hall and Police Department portions of the building.
