CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-151 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE <br />AGREEMENT WITH FOREST LAKE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #831 <br />(LINO LAKES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATION) <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed the review of the conditional use permit amendment and <br />site plan review for the Lino Lakes Elementary School Renovation located at 725 Main Street; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1007.020(5)(d) of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance requires the execution <br />of a site improvement performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Forest Lake <br />Independent School District #831 is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are <br />authorized to execute such agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of June, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (absent— Kusterman) <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju ian Bartell, City P erk <br />
