Council Member <br />its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-169 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS - OTTER LAKE SERVICE ROAD STREET AND <br />UTILITIES PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 25th day of November, 1996, <br />fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement for the Otter Lake <br />Service Road Street and Utilities Project by constructing street, watermain and sanitary <br />sewer. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 16th day of December, 1996, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution <br />adopted the 16th day of December, 1996. <br />2. The City Engineer or his assigns is hereby designated as the Engineer for these <br />improvements. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for making of <br />such improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 16th day of December, 1996. <br />John L.
