Council member introduced the following resolution and <br />move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-167 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM T.I.F. DISTRICT 1-1 TO THE AREA <br />AND UNIT FUND, CLOSED BOND FUND AND SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT <br />FUND FOR ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS FOR BLUE HERON <br />WHEREAS, Blue Heron is in T.I.F. District 1-4, and <br />WHEREAS, the assessments were to be paid by the City in the form of assistance, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's T.I.F. attorney has suggested that the City payoff the assessments with <br />T.I.F. District 1-1 funds, and <br />WHEREAS, the total amount owing is $65,350.02. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Area and Unit Fund (406) <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) <br />Surface Water Man. (422) <br />T.I.F. 1-1 (407) <br />$20,286.48 <br />36, 504.00 <br />8,559.54 <br />($65,350.02) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 16th day of December, 1996. <br />John Landers - Mayor <br />Marilyn G.
