The applicant is requesting a planned development <br />overlay (PDO) to allow flexibility in City Zoning Ordinance requirements regarding <br />setbacks, right-of-way width and paved surface width for both the street and cul-de-sac. <br />Earlier this summer, the Planning Commission and City Council had reviewed some <br />preliminary conceptual proposals submitted by Twin City Townhomes for the site, and <br />stated that the City would be open to flexibility regarding the right-of-way and construction <br />of the internal roadway (off Apollo Drive) and setback requirements as long as the required <br />setbacks to Lea Court, Apollo Drive and I -35W were maintained. <br />5775 WAYZATA BOULEVARD, SUITE 555 ST.
