AGENDA ITEM 7A <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: David Ahrens, Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />DATE: December 12, 1996 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 96-156 - Order Improvement, 35W/TH49 <br />Interchange Commercial Development Area Trunk Utilities. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The public hearing and ordering the preparation of plans and specifications for <br />the 35W/ TH 49 Interchange Commercial Development Trunk Utilities project <br />was completed on November 25, 1996. At that time, detailed information was <br />presented concerning project costs and proposed improvements. However, <br />Council did not order the improvement.
