AGENDA ITEM 7A STAFF ORIGINATOR: David Ahrens, Public Works Director/City Engineer DATE: December 12, 1996 TOPIC: Resolution No. 96-156 - Order Improvement, 35W/TH49 Interchange Commercial Development Area Trunk Utilities. BACKGROUND: The public hearing and ordering the preparation of plans and specifications for the 35W/ TH 49 Interchange Commercial Development Trunk Utilities project was completed on November 25, 1996. At that time, detailed information was presented concerning project costs and proposed improvements. However, Council did not order the improvement. Council directed staff to discuss the assessments and the proposed project with abutting property owners in more detail. Assessments The project assessments are summarized as follows: PROP.
