It is my understanding that the State Aid Office needs a Resolution of Concurrence from the City of Lino Lakes regarding this turnback. Please pass a resolution concurring in the designation of TH 49 as County State Aid Highways as follows. Beginning in the City of Lino Lakes at a point on the south Anoka County Line, said point is located at the northeast corner of Section 2, Township 30 north, Range 23 west; thence northerly along the center line of Old Trunk Highway No. 49 (Hodgson Road) for approximately 2.25 miles to its junction with Lake Drive, said segment to be known as County State Aid Highway 49. Thence continue northeasterly along the center line of Trunk Highway 49 (Lake Drive) for approximately 2.25 miles to its intersection with a point on the southerly line of the state highway right-of-way of Trunk Highway No. 35W, said point is located approximately 1275 feet north and approximately 460 feet west of the center of Section 17, Township 31 north, Range 22 west and there terminating, said segment to be known as County State Aid Highway 23. Beginning again in the City of Lino Lakes at a point on the northerly side of the state highway right-of-way of Trunk Highway No. 35W, said point is located approximately 185 feet east of the north quarter corner of Section 17, Township 31 north, Range 22 west; thence west along the center line of Trunk Highway 49 (Lilac Street) for approximately 2800 feet to its intersection with 4th Avenue and there terminating said segment to be known as County State Aid Highway 153.
