Bise <br />, ` Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Reinert <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: none, Neal and Kuether were absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
