CITY OF <br />Leo MEs <br />Date: July 18, 1995 <br />To: Mayor, City Council and City Administrator <br />From: Peter Kluegel, Building Official <br />Subject: Second Quarter Building Report <br />After the first six months of 1995, a total of 316 building permits were issued for a total <br />construction valuation of 815,218,245.00. 77 new homes were constructed to date in <br />1995. This is a decrease of 59 permits from the previous year. In the commercial area the <br />following permits were issued in the second quarter: <br />Nol-Tec $600,00 <br />Molin Concrete 830,000 <br />Living Waters Church Addition $ 106,000 <br />Anoka County Adult Corrections Facility Building 82, 304,100 <br />A $6,500,00 Minnesota Correctional Facility Chemical dependency Building is planned for <br />construction in the third quarter of 1995.
