The 55, 65’ <br />and 75’ lots previously approved would remain throughout the development. <br />• Slight reconfiguration of the townhome area and addition of a 2nd TH product <br />type. <br />• Introduction of a “Villa” product geared toward the empty nester with single level <br />living. <br />• The total number of housing units is 871 as was originally approved for Mattamy. <br /> <br />Lennar is proposing to begin construction of Phase 1 at the south end of the site, along <br />the 21st Avenue extension, in the fall of 2017. Phase 1 would consist of approximately 20 <br />Townhomes and 10 single family detached homes. Development of the park area would <br />be moved to a future phase. <br /> <br />The PUD amendment requires a resubmittal, public hearing, and review by the Planning <br />& Zoning Board prior to City Council consideration. Staff has not undertaken any <br />review of the proposed changes. <br /> <br />Mattamy Homes and Lennar requested an opportunity to discuss the proposed ownership <br />transition and proposed changes with the City Council. <br /> <br />Requested Council Direction <br /> <br />None required.
