Their request is for the installation of flashing speed limit signs as a traffic <br />calming device on Bald Eagle Boulevard north and south of Partridge Court. <br /> <br />The installation of neighborhood traffic calming devices should follow the following process: <br /> <br />Identified Issue/Concern - The first step in initiating the process is with an issue or concern <br />received by City staff from the public or City Council or identified by City staff. <br /> <br />Eligibility - In order for a neighborhood street to be eligible for low cost, low impact <br />improvements, it will be evaluated initially based on the following characteristics.
