CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-59 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT & <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR NORTHPOINTE 6TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for NorthPointe 6th Addition with <br />Resolution No. 17-58 on July 10, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement & Planned Unit Development Agreement between <br />Eternity Homes LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for NorthPointe 6th Addition and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of July, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Kusterman, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />--3 <br />is ne Bartell, City ClerR�— <br />
